Finally, vaccinations are a safe and effective method to prevent serious contagious disease. Rabies vaccinations are required by law - after an initial 1 year vaccine in pups at 4 to 12 months of age, adult dogs must receive a Rabies vaccine every 3 years. The Distemper-Parvo (5 in 1) vaccine is standard and recommended for all dogs. Vaccines are also available for Bordetella (kennel cough), Corona, an intestinal virus, and Lyme Disease, a serious tick-borne disease.

Packages vary by addition of elective vaccines and laboratory testing. On a single annual visit, there are 3 choices - Student (basic) package, Student Package with additional elective vaccinations, and Standard Package.
